From Goals to Targets -
Before you start to break down each of your Goals into weekly Targets it might be worth your while to have a look at the Sample Goal Summary & Target Sheets example which I have provided via the Downloads page. I f you download this, print it out and study it thoroughly before you complete your own set of Weekly Target Sheets it may help to clarify what you have to do in relation to your own Goals.
Remember, for each Goal you have selected to include in the eight week Program you will need to complete a separate Weekly Target Sheet.
At the moment, concentrate on getting your Goals broken down into appropriate weekly Targets. Don’t rush this task. Think it through carefully, especially the tasks set down for Week One. Remember, a modest beginning is more likely to lead to your longer term success in the eight week Program.
